Caribbean Metal Products Ltd. (CMP) – Change of Year-end

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of CMP Industries Ltd held on February 12, 2004 a motion to change the year-end of the Company and all subsidiaries to the 31st of March, was approved. This change has been approved by the Tax Audit and Assessment Department. The change comes into effect with the financial year ending march 31, 2004.
