Ciboney Group Limited has advised that at a meeting held on August 8, 2007, the company has agreed to undertake the following actions:
1. Submit its audited accounts for the year ended May 31, 2007 by August 31, 2007.
2. Submit its annual reports for 2006 and 2007 by the first week in October 2007.
3. Hold its next Annual General Meeting by the end of October 2007.
4. Put an advertisement in the newspaper stating that the Annual General Meeting for 2006 was delayed and that by the end of October 2007 the company will hold an Annual General Meeting which will deal with the years ended May 31, 2006 and May 31, 2007.
