Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited (SLJ) announced the appointment of Dr. the Hon. R. Danny Williams OJ, CD,JP, Hon, LLD, as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective February 1, 2010.
Dr. Williams replaces Dr. Dodridge Miller, President & CEO of Sagicor Financial Corporation, who has tendered his resignation as Chairman effective January 31, 2010. Dr. Miller will however continue to serve on the Board of SLJ as a Director.
