Change to the Board of Directors of Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS)

Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS) has advised that Mrs. Sandra Glasgow tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors with effective date of December 31, 2023, but agreed to remain on the Board until the final meeting of the fiscal year held on February 06, 2024.

We wish to acknowledge and express sincere appreciation for Mrs. Glasgow’s contribution to the development of the Company in the various capacities which she served – Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Chairperson for the Audit & Compliance Committee and Mentor to the Board – since our listing on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange in December 2013.
