Capital and Credit Merchant Bank Limited (CCMB) have advised that the Annual Report will be submitted by June 16, 2008. The delay in the production of the Annual Report is due to the reorganization of the Capital and Credit Group, the delisting of CCMB and the listing of Capital and Credit Financial Group Limited, scheduled for May 15, 2008.
