Twickenham Insurance Company has been sold to Globe Holdings Ltd in which the completion date for the transaction was September 6, 2004. Arising from the transaction Carreras Gp. Ltd received proceeds of USD$ 31,943,858.13.
At a Board of Directors meeting held on September 8, 2004, Directors declared a Special Capital Cash Distribution of J$4.00 per stock unit (less transfer tax) out of the gains realized from this transaction. This Special Capital Cash Distribution will be paid on September 30, 2004 to stockholders on record on September 17, 2004.
