The Board of Directors of Carreras Limited has accepted the resignation of Mr. Reynaldo Callejas as Finance Director and Acting Company Secretary effective September 30, 2007.

Mr. Marcus Steele was appointed the Company’s Finance Director and Company Secretary effective October 1, 2007.
