Carreras Limited – Resignation of Directors

Carreras Limited has advised that Mr. Richard Lewis has resigned as a Director of the Company effective November 5, 2014 and Mr. Gavin Jordan, Finance Director and Company Secretary, effective December 31, 2014. The replacement for Mr. Jordan will be the subject of subsequent announcement.
