Carreras Limited (CAR) wishes to advise of the resignation of Mrs. Nirala Singh as a Director and a member of the Audit and Nomination and Compensation Committees with effect from April 15, 2023. The Board wishes to thank Mrs. Singh for her exceptional contributions to the Board of Carreras Limited and her part in shaping the strategy of the company over the years.
CAR further advise that Mrs. Singh’s resignation from the Audit Committee was not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or its member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the board of directors.
