Carreras Limited (CAR) wishes to advise that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 26, 2023, the Directors declared an interim dividend of $0.21 per stock unit to be paid out of accumulated profits on July 5, 2023, to Stockholders as shown on the Register of Members as of June 13, 2023.
The ex-dividend date is June 12, 2023.
