Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 20, 2021, the Directors declared an interim dividend of $0.16 per stock unit to be paid out of accumulated profits on August 25, 2021 to Stockholders as shown on the Register of Members as at August 5, 2021. The ex-dividend date is August 4, 2021.
