We wish to advise the Stock Exchange that Ms. Verona Williamson has resigned as Company Secretary of Carreras Limited, effective November 30, 2023. She will remain a Director of the Board and Finance Director of the Company.
Mrs. Imega Breese McNab, our Legal and External Affairs Manager, will be appointed as Company Secretary effective December 1, 2023.
