At a Board meeting on May 15, the Directors declared a second interim dividend of 45 cents per stock unit to be paid on June 14, 1996 to stockholders on record at the close of business on May 31.
This dividend is declared payable out of agricultural profits , relieved of taxation, to stockholders whoc, on the reocrd date have Jamaican addresses and out of unfranked profits to stockholders who, on the record date have non-Jamaican addresses.
