Carreras Ltd. (CAR) – Interim Dividend

The Directors have declared an Interim Dividend of 25 cents per stock unit to be paid on February 5, 1998 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 1998. The dividend is payable out of agricultural profits, relieved of taxation, to stockholders who, on record date, have Jamaican addresses and out of unfranked profits to stockholders who, on the record date, have non-Jamaican addresses.
