Carreras Gp. Ltd. (CAR) – Transfer of Shares

114,494,560 Ordinary stock units in Carreras Group Lt. (Ja.), representing 47.17% of the issued capital, are currently held and registered in the name of Rothmans of Pall Mall (International) Ltd., which is an indirectly wholly owned UK subsidiary of Rothmans International BV. The stock units in Carreras Gp. Ltd. are being transferred to Rothmans Holdings (Caricom) Ltd. which is also also an indirectly wholly owned St. Lucian subsidiary of Rothmans International BV.
