Mrs. Marlene Sutherland has resigned from her executive duties as Group Financial Director, Company Secretary and as a Trustee of the Carreras Group Superannuation Scheme. Mrs. Sutherland will however remain on the Board of the Company as a non-executive Director.
However, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Michael McNally as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Carreras Group Ltd. In addition, Mr. Michael Bernard and Mr. Edgard Vargas were also appointed to the Board.
