Carreras Ltd. (CAR)-Declares Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held February 6, 2007 the Directors declared an Interim Dividend of $1.90 per stock unit to be paid on March 8, 2007 out of accumulated profits to stockholders as shown by the Register of members on February 22, 2007.
