Carreras Declares Dividend

 

Carreras Limited has advised that at a Board of Directors meeting held on July 19, 2011, the Directors declared an interim dividend of $1.50 per stock unit to be paid on August 25, 2011 to stockholders on record as at August 3, 2011.  The ex-dividend date is July 29, 2011.
