Carreras Declares Dividend

 

The Board of Directors of Carreras Limited has declared a dividend of $5.19 per share to be paid out of its interim pension surplus distribution payable on October 30, 2012 to shareholders on record as at October 16, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 11, 2012.
