At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 9, 2010, the Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Trevor Patterson effective December 31, 2010.
Mr. Michael Bernard, whose early retirement was previously communicated to the JSE, was appointed a Non-Executive Director and Mr. Richard Pandohie an Executive Director effective January 1, 2011.
