The Board of Directors of Carreras Limited has advised of the appointment of Mr. Marcus Steele as Managing Director designate, effective March 1, 2013 and a Director on the Board of Directors effective April 1, 2013. Mr. Steele succeeds Mr. Richard Pandohie who has been promoted to another role within British American Tobacco Group.
