Carreras Announcement on Commissioner of Taxpayer Audit and Assessment v Cigarette Company of Jamaica Ltd.

The Board of Directors wishes to advise that in the  judgement handed down on March 13, 2012, the Commissioner’s appeal against Cigarette Company of Jamaica Limited was dismissed with costs.
