Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited (CPJ) has advised of a scheduled Noteholders’ Meeting for the Fixed and Floating Rate Unsecured Notes Due 2023 valued at J$500M subject to the Trust Deed dated April 27, 2018.
CPJ advised that the meeting of holders of the aforementioned Notes was called by the Trustee, Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited (SIJL) for Friday, February 28, 2020 to consider certain matters relating to the financial covenants set out in the Trust Deed, inclusive of the effect of IRFS changes.
CPJ further stated that the results of the meeting and any updates will be communicated immediately after the meeting on Friday.
