Caribbean Flavours & Fragrances will not have its AGM

Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Limited will not be holding an Annual General Meeting on February 19, 2014 as was previously indicated. The Company listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange Junior Market only five months ago and therefore the company will not call an AGM until a full year of the Company has passed. The Financial year for the Company is on June 30, 2014. The Company apologizes for the error indicating the AGM for February 19, 2014.
