Caribbean Flavours & Fragrances Ltd. (CFF) has informed the Jamaica Stock Exchange that it will submit quarterly Unaudited Accounts in accordance with Part 4-Requirements for Financial Reporting. It is the companys intention to have the first and second quarters financial year (July September 2013 and October December 2013) submitted on or before February 14, 2014. Also, CFF Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the Knutsford Court Hotel beginning at 9:30 a.m.
