Caribbean Flavours and Flavours Ltd (CFF) has advised of the appointment of Messrs. Baker Tilly Strachan Lafayette, Chartered accountants of 14 Ruthven Road, Kingston 10, as auditors of the Company. The new audit firm appointment took effect from November 2, 2020, until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
CFF further advised that the former auditors Messrs. McKenley & Associates had indicated their unwillingness to continue as auditor of the Company at the Annual General Meeting.
