The Invitation for Subscription (the “Invitation”) made subject to a prospectus of Caribbean Energy Finance Company Limited (the “Company”) dated 30 MARCH 2015 (the “Prospectus”) did not meet the conditions for success set out in the Prospectus, because the minimum amount of $231m was not raised.
Accordingly all amounts collected from Applicants will be returned. Applicants are instructed to collect their refund cheques from the office of the Lead Broker or Selling Agent where their payment was initially made.
