Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) has issued the notice below to stakeholders.
NOTICE TO STAKEHOLDERS
The directors of Caribbean Cream Limited advise the following:
“In collaboration with Power Factor Technologies, a power engineering services company, Caribbean Cream Limited has embarked on a major project to install a 630 kilowatt capacity Combined Heat & Power (CHP) plant. This plant will be fuelled by LNG, and so will reduce our carbon footprint. The cost of the project is estimated to be just under US$ 2 million. While the company will remain connected to JPS, as to ensure sufficient power supply in the event of higher energy demand, we anticipate greater efficiency and increased market reach.” As our team navigates the supply chain challenges of this pandemic, the company expects to complete our installation and commissioning before the end of 2021.
