Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) Delay in Unaudited Financial Statements

The Directors of Caribbean Cream Limited would like to notify the JSE that the Unaudited Financials for the period ended November 30, 2023, will be further delayed due to the implementation of the new ERP system.  The report is now expected to be submitted on or before Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
