Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) advises that its Board of Directors at meeting held on May 26^th, 2022, recommended to present an ordinary resolution to Shareholders to declare a final dividend of $1.5032 per share payable on August 15^th, 2022, with a proposed record date of August 4^th 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 3^rd. This dividend recommendation shall be made to shareholders at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting.
