Cargo Handlers Limited (CHL) – Stock Split

Cargo Handlers Limited (CHL) has advised that the Board of Directors has approved the following:

1.      A stock split of 10:1 and;

2.      An increase in the authorized capital to 466,200,000 shares

CHL will advise of the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting as well as the record date.
