Cargo Handlers Limited (CHL) has advised that their Board approved the purchase of equipment, tanker trucks and petroleum tanks.
“The investment of US$900,000.00 will replace aging equipment up to 25 years old and will improve the safety of fuel transportation in Jamaica,” the Company stated.
CHL further advised that Mr. Paul Welch has been appointed to the position of Stevedore Manager and that his predecessor, Mr. Mr. Christopher Hurge, will manage and develop business for CHL’s associated logistics company, Bulk Liquid Carriers Petroleum Transport Limited.
