CAR Declares Dividend

Carreras Limited has advised that at a Board of Directors meeting held on May 17, 2011, the Directors declared an interim dividend of $1.50 per stock unit to be paid on June 23, 2011 to stockholders on record as at June 2, 1011.  The ex-dividend date is May 31, 2011.
