The Boards of Directors of Capital & Credit Financial  Group Ltd., Capital & Credit Securities Ltd., Capital & Credit Remittance Ltd.,  Credit Fund Managers Ltd   and  Capital & Credit Merchant Bank. announced that Miss  Anna Young, Company Secretary has resigned her position effective May 18, 2007. Her successor is Mrs. Trudy- Ann Thompson, Attorney-at-Law whose appointment will be effective from the scheduled Board  meeting on May 18, 2007.
