Capital & Credit Financial Group Delisted

DELISTING OF CAPITAL & CREDIT FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED FROM THE JAMAICA STOCK EXCHANGE
 
(KINGSTON, August 14, 2012): Effective August 14, 2012, the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) will be delisting Capital & Credit Financial Group Limited (CCFG) from the main Board of the Exchange.
 
The Company took the decision to delist and passed a resolution to this effect on August 14, 2012. The Company cited the main reason for delisting the Company from the market is that all the shares in the Company are acquired by Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB); therefore the Company no longer satisfied the requirements of JSE Rule 411. Rule 411 states that The Exchange may in their discretion delist or suspend trading on the Exchange in the securities of a listed company, if the company:
 
ü Fails or ceases to comply with any of the requirements of the listing agreement or
ü Where the company make an application for delisting.
 
The Board of CCFG made a formal application for the delisting of its securities.
