Capital & Credit Financial Group has advised that the board of directors have approved the following resolution effective November 7, 2008:
“that the Directors of Capital & Credit Financial Group hereby approve that the aspect of the re-organization relating to the transfer of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank`s shareholding in the two subsidiaries be rescinded, thereby Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Limited will continue to hold its subsidiary companies – Capital & Credit Securities Limited and Capital & Credit Fund Managers“.
