A meeting of the Board of Directors of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 6-8 Grenada Way, Kingston 5, to decide on the following: 1. That the date of the AGM be set for Tuesday, May 10, 2005. 2. That the Directors recommend to the Shareholders at the AGM of May 10, 2005 resolutions giving effect to the authorization of a Rights Issue from the increase in the Authorized Share Capital.
