Capital and Credit Ordinary and Preference Shares Listing

Capital & Credit Merchant Bank listed 42,743,978 Preference Shares and Capital & Credit Financial Group (CCFG), 927,565,945 units of Ordinary Shares, on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, Thursday, May 15, 2008 . This ceremony formed part of a historic event, as the company listed simultaneously on the Trinidad Stock Exchange. Mrs. Marlene Street Forrest, General Manager of the Jamaica Stock Exchange congratulated the CCFG team. She stated that “Capital & Credit Merchant Bank is one of Jamaica’s success stories. We can truly say that as a listed company, the JSE is proud of this company which has, since its listing in May 2003, traded units valued at over $3.5 billion, creating liquidity for the market and value for its shareholders”.
