Cable and Wireless Jamaica Limited has submitted its Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2008. At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 21, 2008, the following resolutions were passed:
a) “That the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company be held at the Jamaica
Pegasus Hotel,
81 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston5, on the 23rd day of July 2008,
commencing at 10 a.m.”
b) “That Mr. Richard Dodd, CEO Cable & Wireless Caribbean, be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Board of Directors
