Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited has advised that Richard Dodd has decided to step down from the position Chief Executive Officer for LIME Caribbean after leading the business for the last 18 months. Mr. Dodd remains a director of the company at this time.
David Shaw, LIME Caribbean`s Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as Chief Executive of LIME Caribbean, and will continue the strategy of transforming the Caribbean business. He has strong experience in the telecoms industry having been part of the senior executive teams that transformed UK telecoms operator Energis and then Cable & Wireless Worldwide (UK-based arm of Cable & Wireless Group) before joining LIME.
Mr. Geoff Houston remains the Country Manager of LIME in Jamaica, and we do not expect any major changes in the direction of the company.
