C2W Music Limited has advised that Mr. Gassan Azan has resigned as Director and Member of the Compensation Committee and Mrs. Neysha Sooden has resigned as Director and Member of the Audit and Compensation Committees effective February 1, 2014. Mr. Azan and Mrs. Sooden have no disagreements with the Board, the accounts, audit or any other matters relating to their resignation.
Effective February 1, 2014, Jamaican entrepreneur Messrs Clyde McKenzie and Jamaica Musical icon Sly Dunbar (Sly & Robbie) were appointed independent Directors of C2W.
