Scotiabank Jamaica today announced that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wedneday, February 28, 2007 to approve a Scheme of Arrangement, 90.66% of the shareholders voting in person or by proxy voted in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement.
Scotiabank has also announced that based on the shareholding of the shareholders who voted, 93.57% of the shares voted were in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement.
