The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd. (BNSJ)- Retirement as Regisrar and Transfer Agent

On January 12, 2005, Scotia Jamaica Investment Management served written notice to West Indies Pulp and Paper of their intention to retire as registrar, Transfer and Dividend Disbursing agreement for the Company with effect from April 30, 2005.
