The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd. (BNSJ) – Dividend

The following resolution was passed at a meeting by the Board of Directors:

That an interim dividend of 28.5 cents be paid on each stock unit of the paid up capital stock of the bank to shareholders on record as at close of business on June 13, 2002 and that the same be payable on July 4, 2002.
