The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd. (BNS) – Dividend Declared and Appointments

The Board of Directors of the Company approved an Interim Dividend of 25 cents to be paid on each stock unit to shareholders on record as at September 21, 2005 and that the same be paid on October 13, 2005.
Also Professor Stephen Vasciannie, Mr. Joseph Matalon and Miss Stacie-Ann Wright have been appointed directors of the Company.
