Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BGR) has advised that their Board of Directors on March 27, 2019, passed a resolution recommending that a final dividend of J$0.307 per share totaling $65,796,974.65 for the year ended December 31, 2018, be paid on May 28, 2019, to shareholders on the Company’s register of members at the close of business on May 10, 2019.
The ex-dividend date is May 9, 2019.
