Berger Paints (BRG) has advised that at the meeting of their Board of Directors held on April 28, 2017, in respect of the year ended March 31, 2017, the following resolutions were passed:
- That a Special Dividend of Twenty Cents ($0.20) per ordinary stock unit be recommended to shareholders.
- That a Final Dividend of Thirty Cents ($0.30) per ordinary stock unit be recommended to shareholder
To be paid on August 4, 2017, to shareholders on the Company’s register at the close of business July 21, 2017.
The ex-dividend date is July 19, 2017.
