The Board of Directors of Berger Paints Jamaica Limited passed a resolution that a Final Dividend payment of $0.13 per share be recommended to shareholders in respect of the financial year ended March 31, 2012. The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2012 to shareholders on record as at June 22, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 20, 2012.
