Berger Paints Jamaica Limited has advised that the Board of Directors of the company have deliberated on the matter relating to the casual vacancy in the officer of Auditor, created by the termination of operations in Jamaica by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. The Board has considered its options in this regard in keeping with Section 154(10) of the Companies Act, 2004 and a final decision will be communicated, on or before Monday, September 30, 2013.
