Mayberry Investments Ltd has advised that the Company has completed their in house reconciliation of all applications in respect of the Paramount Trading (Jamaica) Limited Initial Public Offering. The basis of allotment will be follows:
1. Company Reserved Applications were allocated 100%
2. Company Reserved 0.10 cents Applications were allocated 100%
3. Mayberry Reserved Application was allocated 100%
4. Key Partner Reserved Applications were allocated 100%
5. Public pool: the first 15,000 shares were allocated 100%; the balance > 15,000 units were allocated approx. 5.09%
